José shows us one of his favourite salsas: Salsa Borracha, made with Tequila Ocho.
Tomorrow, that same salsa is served with our Ribeye Pastor as part of the 350 SEK menu for our Tequila Ocho, Mezcal Vago & Cocktail Flights night.
Tequila Ocho Brand Ambassador and spirits educator Kyra Elton joins us from London for the evening.
The menu includes Ribeye Pastor with OCHO-Borracha salsa, Churros with Cajeta Reposado and your choice of one of three flights:
