Eight years ago, we opened Soyokafe with an idea, a lot of heart, and a dream. Since then, we’ve moved through three different locations, grown, changed, learned, and shared countless memories with all of you.
Along the way, an idea that began at Soyokafe grew into something of its own which was Gaijin. We are incredibly happy and proud of how Gaijin_sthlm has grown. In many ways, Gaijin became the place we had always imagined Soyokafe could become.
Now, we are changing the concept of Soyokafe to Toriya. A complete change of menu, with more details to come.

Eight years of Soyokafe will always be a part of our story.
Now, we’re excited to see where Toriya takes us.

Thank you for these wonderful years.

Here’s to the next chapter.
