STAY TUNED
WE ARE COMING BACK!

09/06/2021

Cari amici di Santo from Midsummer our restaurant will close its doors!

It has been two incredible years of hard work, feasts, parties and new friendships. However, the last year and a half has been very tough and stole excessively important time from our family. Therefore, we decided to take a break and spend the whole summer with the people we love the most. Don’t worry, we will be back soon with new interesting projects.

Grazie di cuore amici di Santo for your priceless support. We will never forget all the time spent together at Roslagsgatan 43 and will keep every one of you in our hearts.

Daje!

Gabriele & Hanna

Santo by the Bottle.
Schioppettino, 2015 by Bressan
Region: Friuli
Grape: Schioppettino (Ribolla Nera)
Notes: Unfiltred, Unfined, Limited Production

Schioppettino Bressan is not just a wine, but a true example of the winemaker’s philosophy. Fulvio Bressan’s wines are way beyond the concept of biological. The rigorous manual selection of the vines, the fermentation with indigenous yeasts, the non filtration, the manual labeling for each single bottle, are only few examples of Fulvio’s way of making wine. Every step is meticulously taken with true passion, high sensibility for the nature and pride.

Fulvio Bressan is a pillar of the Italian winemaking, and we at Santo are deep in love with all of his wines, both reds and whites.
..the time marks the vine.....the vine marks the time...
F.L.Bressan

Come at Santo and try Bressan’s unforgettable wines. Now available the new vintage 2015.
