Rarely someone say that our menu prices are bit high.
Today we would like to show you some of the ingredients we use.
Once you know them, we think you will be convinced of the price of our menu.

1. Yellow fin tuna AAA rank for Cold sesame dressing udon

2. Spicy cod roe from one of famous cod roe brand “Yamaya”in Japan for Mentaiko butter udon

3. Black Angus entrecôte for Entrecôte Sukiyaki udon and Corn fed chicken for Corn fed chicken Kimchi chige udon

4. Dried konbu seaweed and dried sh*take mushrooms for Base dashi broth for all udon soup
