We are looking for a passionate and reliable cookie baker/pastry chef to join our kitchen team. You will mix, bake, and prep a wide variety of delicious cookies daily while keeping our high standards for quality and cleanliness.

You will follow recipes precisely to bake consistent, high-quality cookies.Manage oven times and cooling stations in a fast-paced environment.

You will also help out serving in the shop and Join our team in all aspects of Spongecookies .

What We Are Looking For,
Previous professional baking or high-volume commercial kitchen experience.Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation rules.
Ability to stand for your shifts and lift up to 10kg,
A positive attitude and great teamwork skills.

We have taken a decision to close … on Mondays !!
This September we will be closed on Mondays .
It’s a step in getting some breathing room and some rest .
Time to develop, train staff , catch a breath and improve in some areas we see need improving .
Cookie development , new flavours , new ideas wil all benefit from this extra time .

So our opening times are Tuesday till Sunday 12.00-20.00

Thin layers of Swedish apples baked slowly surrounded by golden caramel.
Then compressed and chilled . Ready to be part of one of several elements for one of our favourite cookies for Autumn.
