A new year is upon us, and we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has visited and supported us over the past year. It has been a meaningful and memorable chapter for us at AIRA.
The months leading into 2025 were particularly eventful. We were delighted to welcome Timothée Martin-Nadaud as our new Executive Chef, joining Tommy Myllymäki, Pi Le, and the entire AIRA team. Together, they bring passion, creativity, and craftsmanship, ready to continue writing the next chapter of AIRA’s culinary story.
In December, the annual Nobel Banquet was held at Stockholm City Hall. The starter and main course were created by restaurateurs Tommy Myllymäki and Pi Le, while the dessert was crafted by award-winning pastry chef Frida Bäcke. This unique menu from the Nobel Dinner will now be served at Bobergs Matsal on four exclusive dates: January 15, February 19, March 26, and April 23. On these evenings, the full menu will be presented in the beautifully adorned dining room, featuring floral arrangements inspired by the Nobel Banquet’s original colour palette.
