May has arrived, and with it, the warmth and colour that Djurgården does so well at this time of year. In the kitchen, the menu continues to evolve with the season. This month sees the arrival of pikeperch, veal sweetbreads and lamb – each ingredient chosen at its peak. We are also working on something new for the Chef's Table, a bespoke piece being crafted by Fredrik Folke and Jens Fager. Our opening dates for June and the rest of the summer months are as follows. We serve dinner from 17.00 Wednesday-Friday. Saturday lunch from 12.00 and dinner from 18.00. We are closed Sunday-Tuesday. As always, we look forward to welcoming you to AIRA.

April has arrived, and the days on Djurgården are growing longer, with clear signs of spring across the island. In the kitchen, new dishes are taking shape. We are introducing a starter with white asparagus, scallop and caviar. Rhubarb has also found its way onto the menu, bringing a fresh and vibrant expression of the season. In the test kitchen, work continues with spring lamb as we shape the coming menu. Beyond the kitchen, our herb and flower garden is being prepared for the months ahead, with the beds now ready for a new season. We are now open for lunch, Thursday-Saturday. As always, we look forward to welcoming you to AIRA.

Today, Château d'Yquem unveils its 2023 vintage. The culmination of an exceptional trilogy – 2021, 2022, 2023 – was celebrated simultaneously around the world by the estate's Lighthouse restaurants. As Sweden's only Château d'Yquem Lighthouse Restaurant, AIRA marks the global release by opening the first bottle of the new vintage this evening.

We do not request payment at the time of booking. Upon completing a reservation, guests will receive a confirmation email titled "Restaurant Reservation Confirmed." All menu prices are listed exclusively in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and no other currency.

February brought some of the coldest, yet most beautiful, winter days Stockholm has seen in years. As we move into March, the light begins to shift, and brighter days await us on Djurgården.

In the kitchen, new dishes are taking shape. We have introduced a Pithivier as a new add-on to the menu, served with Château d’Yquem, part of our ongoing work as Sweden’s only Lighthouse Restaurant for the estate. On the 11th March, Château d’Yquem unveils its 2023 vintage, a release celebrated simultaneously around the world. We look forward to opening the wine at AIRA and sharing this moment with our guests.

New canapés are also finding their place on the menu, and a new rhubarb dessert will soon arrive, gently marking the transition towards the flavours of early spring. From today, Thursday lunch is available again. As always, we look forward to welcoming you to AIRA.

A new year is upon us, and we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has visited and supported us over the past year. It has been a meaningful and memorable chapter for us at AIRA.

The months leading into 2025 were particularly eventful. We were delighted to welcome Timothée Martin-Nadaud as our new Executive Chef, joining Tommy Myllymäki, Pi Le, and the entire AIRA team. Together, they bring passion, creativity, and craftsmanship, ready to continue writing the next chapter of AIRA’s culinary story.

In December, the annual Nobel Banquet was held at Stockholm City Hall. The starter and main course were created by restaurateurs Tommy Myllymäki and Pi Le, while the dessert was crafted by award-winning pastry chef Frida Bäcke. This unique menu from the Nobel Dinner will now be served at Bobergs Matsal on four exclusive dates: January 15, February 19, March 26, and April 23. On these evenings, the full menu will be presented in the beautifully adorned dining room, featuring floral arrangements inspired by the Nobel Banquet’s original colour palette. The menu, including wine and champagne, is priced at 3,000 SEK, with a non-alcoholic pairing available for 2,600 SEK. Reserve a table at www.bobergsmatsal.se

As we enter the final month of the year, December brings a special sense of celebration to the island of Djurgården and AIRA. With the year drawing to a close, we continue to refine and develop the AIRA experience. Our team is working on new ideas for the year ahead, from evolving the menu to enhancing the details that shape our guests' experience. We are also making further improvements to our Chef’s Table and Private Dining Room, creating even more intimate and memorable settings for future gatherings.
