Another little taste from our Sunday Supper Club menu…a celebration of Västerbottensost®
A base of rye bread from Smyge Surdegsbageri topped with a Västerbotten cheese cream, pastis marinated pieces Västerbotten cheese with a Västerbotten cheese crisp 👊👍❣️
This paired with Finca Valldosers cava from Wineberry AB made for a pretty amazing starter…and boded well for the rest of the dinner🙏👌❣️

A little snack from our last Sunday Supper Club! Lightly salted crisps with 👊👍❣️
This in combo with a not so classic with Barsebäcks Bränneri - Nordic Premium Distillery Artisan Gin and Kraft tonic from Gbg Soda were a match made for a good night out🙏👌❣️

We had an idea.
Well… actually, Svante had an idea.

He’s already joining us for Sunday Sesh in the evening, so he asked us a question:
What if Sunday Sesh started a little earlier too?

Quite a bit earlier, actually.

Introducing SUNDAY SESH — BREAKFAST EDITION.

Doors open at 10.00 to tables already laid with warm scones, cream cheese, jams, coffee and juice.

Then Svante plays his first set.

We stop for Eggs Benedict, followed by madeleines and more coffee.

Then we settle back in for a second set.

No menu. No rushing. Just 24 people around the tables, breakfast being passed around and live music filling the room.

A slow Sunday morning at the lighthouse.

24 seats · 450 kr per person

We have had the pleasure of having the amazing working with us over summer while she saves up to travel the world. Of course we are biased as she is family but many of you have told us how wonderful she has been during your visits with us🙏👌❣️
Let’s hope she can come back next year…so you all don’t have to put up with Mick🤣

SO, WHAT IS ANKAN?

We introduced Ankan recently and it seems our little November idea has already caught a few people’s attention.

So, a little more about what we’re planning…

12 places. One table. Four courses.

Ankan will be an intimate four-course dinner around our communal table at the lighthouse, with duck at the heart of the evening.

Dinner begins at 18:00.

But if you’d like to make a little more of the evening, Tudehuset will be open beforehand for drinks and snacks. Come early, have a glass, something small to eat, and then wander over to the lighthouse when it’s time to take your seat.

Just 12 places each evening.

Booking open later this week.
