We often get asked why we host our Sunday events, and the answer is simple – there are many reasons.

For us, it’s about making the most of every ingredient and reducing food waste by giving our produce a second life in new dishes. It’s also a chance to step out of our fine dining uniforms for a day, cook in a more relaxed setting, and most importantly, give something back to our amazing community here in Fridansparken.

This Sunday was especially meaningful as we celebrated our dear friend Sonali and her Sri Lankan roots. Her food is simply too good not to be shared, and we wanted everyone to experience the incredible flavours she grew up with. ❤️

Keeping the prices low is a conscious choice. These Sundays aren’t about making a profit—they’re about bringing people together, sharing great food, and creating something meaningful as a community.

Thank you for coming, eating, laughing, and making another Sunday so special. We can’t wait to do it again. 🤍
