Saiko Is Closing Its Doors!
This Sunday, March 1st, Saiko will close its doors for good.
For more than 15 years, it has been a true pleasure to bring together all my knowledge, experience, and ideas, and to do what I am truly passionate about — in my own way, in my own restaurant, Saiko. But now it’s time to move on.
For those of you who would like to spend some time at the bar, enjoy one last beer, glass of wine, or sake — or perhaps experience Saiko’s final tasting menu — you can do so this Friday and Saturday (February 27–28) for the very last time.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has been around me, worked with me, and supported me. Thanks to all of you who made Saiko possible as a Japanese-inspired tapas and sushi restaurant — our guests, our partners, and above all, the wonderful team members I have had the privilege of working with over the years. Thank you 🫶
