Onion. Because extraordinary gastronomy doesn’t require hard-to-source ingredients from locations far away. At Signum, we exclusively serve main ingredients from Scandinavia, with the Nordic seasons as our guide. Some of them are from our own micro-farm and cultivation area close to the restaurant, where we grow herbs, edible flowers and vegetables.
