Då det är dags för Lucy att ta sin välbehövliga semester för att ge sig iväg på en inspirationsresa mot nya mål.
Hon kommer hålla restaurangen stängd en kortare tid för att återkomma med helt nya idéer och tankar om hur vi i framtiden kommer umgås på Hey Lucy.

This week I'd like to introduce you to 3 more favorites!

Our Ceviche 🐟 with Salmon and white fish, sour sriracha- & soydressing and shiso crass served in fried gyoza and topped with katsubushi!

Nr 2 this week is our Ramen 🍜 in a Miso and coconut broth with rice noodles, seasonal vegetables, tofu, kimchi, some roasted sesame and nori!

And as this weeks "grande finale" - Bao Bun with Overnight baked pork side 🥩, kimchi, fried apple and onions, served with a saffron- and carrot mayo 😍

First off, 🥩 Tartar of tenderloin with fried shallots, creamy eggyolk with soy, pickled radish and sesame vinaigrette!

Next up is our 🌮 Taco with shrimps and crayfish marinated in lime and ponzu. Topped off with avocado, mango, cilantro and furikake…
