One of our favorites is making its return to Boru.

Our Brisket Ramen, created together with our friends at , combines their smoky brisket with our rich broth and homemade noodles.

🍋 SISTA VECKAN! 🍜

🍜 Is there really such a thing as “authentic” ramen?

After spending a month in Japan, we realized something that changed the way we see Japanese cuisine.

We travelled through different cities and prefectures, tasting not only ramen but also many other regional dishes. Almost everything we tried was unique. The broths, noodles, seasonings, ingredients, and techniques all varied depending on where we were and who was preparing the food.

It made us realize that there may not be one single ramen that is the only “real” ramen.

Ramen is a craft in which every region, every city, and every restaurant tells its own story through a bowl.

Over the coming months, we will share the dishes we experienced across Japan, what we learned, and how the journey inspired us.

Our goal is not to copy someone else's recipes.

Our goal is to understand the craftsmanship on a deeper level and, with respect for Japanese food culture, create our own interpretation.

This is only the beginning of our journey. 🇯🇵🍜

A truly unforgettable experience from our Japan trip! 🇯🇵🍜

Boru Ramen House in Linköping, had the privilege of visiting the Yamato headquarters in Kagawa, where we were given an incredibly warm welcome by the entire team.

One of the highlights of our visit was learning how to make both tsukemen and udon using Yamato's latest noodle making technology. It was an inspiring hands-on experience, and we gained valuable knowledge and ideas that we look forward to bringing back to Boru Ramen House.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone at Yamato for your hospitality, generosity, and willingness to share your expertise with us. It was an honor to visit your headquarters, and we hope to see you again in the future.

Thank you for an unforgettable experience! 🙏🍜
