Do you know any job hunting baristas?
Be kind like all of us at DES and repost.
At DES, we're looking for someone who is outgoing, positive, and enjoys working with people. We value team players with strong communication and collaboration skills who are flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks throughout the day.
Basic barista knowledge and an interest in coffee are highly appreciated. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands that great service goes beyond simply serving food and drinks. At DES, we strive to create genuine hospitality and memorable experiences for every guest. We want team members who enjoy making people feel welcome and who take pride in delivering warm, personal service.
If you're passionate about coffee, hospitality, and working in a dynamic team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
