The new crop from Monte Copey is here and we are starting with a stunning Catuai processed as Yellow Honey. It’s comes from El Alto which is one of their plots of land. This might be the best lot we have had from el Alto since we started working together 15 years ago. It’s packed with notes of berry jam, sweet chocolate and panela. We love it!

Cherry-rested Sidra from fantastic Yaved Guarnizo and Yobani Ramos in the mountain pass Rica Brisa outside of Tarqui, Hulia. It is the first harvest that is big enough to roast and we are super excited to be able to offer this spectacular coffee to you. It has delicious notes of lychee, white peach, jasmine with a creamy mouthfeel. We’re in love with it 💕
