Ny vecka, ny meny och nya nyheter!

Nu börjar vi med Veckans Extravaganza!!
Det innebär att vi varje vecka ger oss själva nöjet att go loco och låta fantasin flyga iväg för att skapa en riktigt speciell rätt varje fredag. Inspiration kan komma från vartsomhelst - denna gång är det dramaserien The Bear, mer specifikt kocken Sidney, som agerat musa åt Oss.

Delikata, supermöra korta revben av nöt, långbakade i coca cola, hemgjord fond och vin. En vätska som sedan reduceras till glaze och täcker de korta revbenen som min mor täckte mig när jag var barn. 🥹 Till detta, nästan överdrivet smörig potatispuré, krispigt rostad minispetskål med vitlöks- & parmesan crunch samt lite picklad enoki som pricken över det frossande i:et.

I know. Den är inte billig. Det har den gemensamt med det mesta nuförtiden. Men så är livet, precis som det är kort. För kort för att inte prova Oss Kitchens Extravaganza när man kan 🫠
