🍇✨ Inspiration from Galicia
During our trip to Spain, we had the opportunity to visit Señorío de Rubiós, a winery located in the heart of the D.O. Rías Baixas region. We were truly impressed by their way of working — combining tradition, local grape varieties, and a deep respect for the land that surrounds their vineyards.
At Norrlands Kombucha, we constantly seek inspiration beyond the world of kombucha. We believe there is so much to learn from passionate craft producers who value quality, authenticity, and a strong connection to their origins. From the vineyards of Galicia to the forests of Northern Sweden, we share the same philosophy: letting the ingredients and the place they come from tell their own story.
