I don’t have a dramatic story to tell.

There are no big twists or extraordinary moments.

Just a life that slowly unfolded — from Poland to Sweden, from studying and working with people to finding my way back to painting.

Looking at these old photographs made me think about how some things quietly stay with us.

Maybe painting was always there, somewhere in the background.

And maybe that is why coming back to it feels less like starting something new, and more like returning to a part of myself.

This is a little piece of my story. 🤍😊

There is something about summer evenings that makes you want to slow down and simply be there.

That feeling is what I wanted to bring into this painting.

The warm light across the fields, the quiet road and the soft colours create a little moment of stillness.

A landscape to live with, and perhaps return to with your eyes when you need a quiet moment.

I can imagine it above a sideboard, in a living room, or somewhere you can see it as you go about your day.

Where would you place this little piece of summer in your home? 🌿🤍
