- Herring and shrimps ceviche
- Fish soppa with shrimos, prawns and clams

Hi dear customer, friends and followers!!!
The last 15 months Baskien Pintxos were involve in a project to open a Gastrobar in Lund with a really nice concept about sustainability, health and integrity.
Dreaming about how our customers and friends will be satisfy and delight with our love to do the right thing and give our best.
Those months were tough with many delays and problems but we were looking forward with faith...
It is very close the opening(a month more or less)but.....bitterly i have to notify you that Baskien Pintxos is out and this project is over.
We are not going to blame nobody or nothing...not our style of life and business.
Now Baskien Pintxos is thinking in new projects and soon we will let you know.
We are still doing Paellas and Pintxos for private parties.
We wish you a lovely summer for all!
