A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for the Hummerpremiär at Përlan last Friday, it was truly an unforgettable evening by the sea 🦞

And that was only just the beginning. We are so excited to continue our collaboration with , officially open Përlan for à la carte dining starting this weekend, October 10th.

Expect fresh sea breezes, vibrant seasonal dishes, and a curated dining experience right on the water.

Stay tuned as we reveal more of the menu and details over the coming days.

Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator
Project • Miss Miso • Bar Astell

We’re looking for a creative, driven and organised person to become part of our team and help shape the digital presence of our three restaurants.

You’ll create and publish content, film and edit Reels, manage Stories and assist with newsletters, Canva and website updates.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Loves food, w**e and hospitality
• Has a strong visual eye
• Can film and edit independently
• Writes confidently in Swedish and English
• Is proactive, reliable and full of ideas

Approximately 80% • Gothenburg • Some evenings

Experience is valuable, but talent, energy and a strong portfolio matter more to us than a long CV.
