Fish & Chips. The definitive British classic.

We coat a haddock fillet in flour before dipping it into our beer batter, made with Noam lager. It’s then fried until golden brown, while remaining perfectly flaky inside.

Our thick-cut chips are cooked for that ideal balance of a crisp exterior and fluffy centre, then served with an incredible homemade tartare sauce, mushy peas and a fresh wedge of lemon.
