18 participants from local businesses took part in a recent three-day workshop delivered by Pacific Australia Skills.

Participants from different local businesses including Ormis Kitchen ,Cafe Bliss , MK Local Foods, and members of the Young Entrepreneurs Council Solomon Islands took part in the hands-on sessions designed to strengthen communication, professionalism, and customer engagement.

By investing in customer service capabilities, this workshop helps local businesses enhance customer experiences while creating greater opportunities for entrepreneurs and emerging business leaders.
