In San Antonio, Texas… back in 1970, George Redston’s butcher shop was one of the places where folks knew what real beef was all about.
Between the sound of the butcher’s blade and the smell of smoke on the grill, the Tomahawk carried the spirit of true Texas beef.
Inspired by the old cowboy traditions of Texas, with its bold bone, massive size, and unmistakable presence.
Down in Texas, a Tomahawk ain’t just a steak…
It’s part of the barbecue culture.
From San Antonio, 1970…
The story lives on at Redston.
