С 12 по 14 июня приглашаем попробовать десерт «Лебединое озеро». Его рецепт создан Софией Козулиной, артисткой балетной труппы Большого театра.

Меренговый рулет со сливочным крем-чизом, домашним пюре из чёрной смородины, сублимированной малиной, шоколадными шариками, фисташкой и свежей клубникой.

From June 12 to 14, we invite you to try the «Swan Lake» dessert. Its recipe was created by Sofia Kozulina, a member of the Bolshoi Theatre ballet company.

Meringue roll with cream cheese filling, homemade blackcurrant purée, freeze-dried raspberries, chocolate balls, pistachio, and fresh strawberries.
