Back in 2010, we were talking specialty coffee before most people knew what third wave meant. Our first post is the proof. On July 20th, 16 years later, we’re closing our doors. Not goodbye. The Rise of Mokum starts now.

Flat White.
It’s not just espresso and milk.
It’s the precise balance between the crema of a double espresso and the fine, velvety microfoam of milk steamed at 55–65 °C.
Here’s how we make it at Mokum:
• Double espresso - calibrated 2-3 times daily
• Whole milk steamed to a uniform microfoam
• Controlled pour that lets the crema and milk integrate seamlessly

Technique above all.
Respect for the ingredients.
Come. Sit. Enjoy. We take care of the experience.
