Specialty coffee has never been just about the cup for us, it’s about the people, the places, the process, and the farms where everything begins. That’s why sometimes we go beyond tasting, roasting, and dialing in recipes, and head straight to origin to learn, ask questions, and better understand every step behind the coffee we serve.

Because great coffee starts long before extraction, in the soil, the climate, the harvest, and the hands of the producers. And yes… sometimes that also means walking through volcano-side coffee farms surrounded by ripe cherries. 🌿☕🌋
