Carbon reconfigured the experience of fine dining and brought to our town international references of haute-cuisine and authentic hospitality. Carbon’s luxury experience are created by our manager, Tudor Turcanu, who studied at Swiss Hospitality Management School the authentic tradition of Swiss Hospitality. This great school has partenerships with the largest hotel chains in the world and Tudor a

ctually had internships at the famous Four Seasons in Prague, Florence and Miami. He also had multiple private trainings starting with Dom Perignon, Marchesi Antinori, Pascal Jolivet, Ruinart and many others, and learned that excellence in service comes with consistency. He returned to his hometown, Iasi, with amazing ideas and formed a team with people sharing his passion for haute-cuisine and exclusive events. The Carbon experience is more than eating a perfect meal. It’s living with class the emotion of fine dining.
