Some moments are worth revisiting. A little throwback to one of the most beautiful mornings of the summer, when we joined Concert la Răsărit organized by Opera Aperta.

While the city woke up to live classical music at sunrise, we were there serving our coffee to early risers, music lovers, and everyone who believed that some experiences deserve an early alarm.

Meet our next espresso: Ethiopia Bombe Ayla. A glimpse behind the roasting process.

Before every coffee reaches the grinders in our coffee shops, it goes through months of roasting, cupping, and dialing in. We started working on this one back in December, and it’s finally ready.

Orange, wild berries & apricot. Coming to all Meron coffee shops this August. Try it on espresso, or take it home in our Yellow Bags.

Some dishes take time to get right. This one took obsession.

Every detail matters, from the perfectly poached eggs to the silky brown butter hollandaise, crispy bacon, and artisanal sourdough. We kept refining it until it became the Eggs Benedict we wanted to serve every single day.

COFFEE FOR A CAUSE
