Facem o bundiță din cea mai fină plămadă de cartofi, amestecată cu zahăr pudră, esență de vanilie și ou, în care învelim pruna și le fierbem la foc domol, apoi tăvălim gombotzu’ prin pesmet rumenit în tigaie, cu unt și zahăr vanilat.
