Early morning start, we worked on some final pricing, taste and texture, bread recipe overnight and made several batches. We also added to the sausage recipe. We wanted to get it right for group of friends who had a few last weekend. This week we made them a bit larger, fluffier with a bit healthier. We hope you like them.

45 Carolina Breakfasts were created for people to enjoy yesterday. We have been scaling up our recipes and trying to get them just right. Overall they were great and the kids all loved them.

Ok, so a little english lesson for some. (maybe someone will translate later, please) Our whole point of this project is to test our menus. But more importantly to test some some specific ingredients. Each ingredient is being tested to see if there is some universal tastes that people can enjoy with the guilt of being an unhealthy choice. We hope to be testing as many menus as possible. And we will be introducing new menus over the summer
Our first restaurant will be in Suceava, but that is a long way away.
Right now, we are just having fun and hope to see people smiling.
