Local Thai wisdom of making deep fried fermented fish with rice. At Vilas, we use sweet fish (Ayu fish) from Japan to make it taste sour and keep its sweetness from its natural property, enhancing the taste with grilled chili sauce with coconut cream and crunchy sour black rice.
