☀️Spring mornings are better when they start with great people, good energy, and a table full of delicious food.

📺Today we had the pleasure of welcoming our friends from , and showing them what a brunch in the sky looks like here at NOR Sky Casual.

As spring arrives, it brings the perfect excuse to enjoy relaxed meals in the city and fresh, vibrant dishes. Here are a few of our favorites waiting for you:

• Signature Greek Salad – our take on the classic recipe. A must.

• Red Tuna – a crown of red tuna with avocado, mango, endive, cress, and oranges.

• The Roasted Eggplant Salad – with tomato chutney, chives mayo, white radish, and toasted bread.

• Beef Tartare – Black Angus served with crispy hash browns and toasted bread.

• Duck from the Clouds – noble duck breast with blood orange gel, endive, and pickled blackberries.
