WE WENT ALL IN ON W**E!! 🍷🎲

A little blind tasting, a little betting, and a lot of second-guessing our own taste buds.

We hosted THE W**E CASINO®️ at TABRA, together with Gastronomy Globetrotters, placing bets on grape varieties, regions, and vintages. Turns out, knowing your w**e and winning the game are two very different things.

WE FIRED UP THE GRILL 🔥

For two days, we brought a little of the Basque Country into our kitchen at TABRA.

The first ED. of Rendez-Vous with Calatorii si Farfurii | Travel and Plates was another chance to cook together, try something different, and share it with you. Here’s a little of what we made.

A little bit of San Sebastián at TABRA

Our first Rendez-Vous took us to the Basque Country, together with Calatorii si Farfurii | Travel and Plates. Well, without actually leaving Bucharest.

Pintxos all day, a few dishes made just for the occasion, plenty of good w**e, and a special guest for dessert. Big love to everyone who joined us!

What does a perfect order at TABRA look like? Well, you start with the T-bone. And if you need convincing, we have a very detailed explanation for you: add some French fries, pick a few starters to share (we went with three), a glass of w**e (obviously), and save some room for panna cotta.
