Curtea Culorilor is a sanctuary of hope in the heart of rural Timiș, where young women who grew up without family support find a new beginning. Through a caring community, artisanal workshops, and a flourishing social microfarm, the association offers more than just a home—it provides education, meaningful work, and a path toward independence.

On Friday, May 30, at 8 PM, chefs Noris, Bogdan, and Andrei will honor this mission with a 5-course neo-Romanian tasting menu built around the exceptional cheeses made at Curtea Culorilor.

Wines from around the world, carefully chosen by and , will elevate each course—transforming the evening into a dinner with deep meaning.

Chef Noris, arhitectul gusturilor de la Season, toarnă ultimele picături dintr-un sos care trezește simțurile — Trezirea Andină.
Porc românesc gătit sous vide, piure fin de mazăre verde, Aji Amarillo.

Andrei, magicianul nostru al zahărului, pune ultimele atingeri pe Reveria Citrice — un desert care aduce împreună prospețimea lămâii, nota verde a busuiocului, dulceața subtilă a portocalei poșate și fragilitatea unei bezele desenate cu grijă.
