Deși povestea ei nu a sensibilizat pe nimeni până acum, Dolly a avut totuși norocul ca Lorena Luchian să nu treacă nepăsătoare pe lângă suferința ei.
Lorena a dus-o la radiografie și apoi la operație, iar după intervenție a luat-o acasă, unde Dolly va rămâne până când se va pune din nou pe picioare. 🙏
Dacă totuși puteți contribui cât de puțin pentru un animăluț cu nevoie de pe străzile României, vă mulțumim. 🙏

Cei mici cresc, mănâncă bine și stau lipiți de mama lor, iar noi nu vrem să-i uităm printre atâtea alte suflete care își caută o familie.

Fetița noastră preluată de la Uzunu. ♥️

Este mai prezentă, mai atentă la ce se întâmplă în jurul ei și nu mai are atât de multe secreții. Tratamentul începe să-și facă efectul și, încet-încet, vedem schimbări în bine.
Dar ne uităm la ea și ne gândim că, de când am preluat-o, nu a avut nici măcar o zi în care să se bucure afară, să alerge, să miroasă iarba și să dea fericită din codiță.
Până acum, viața ei a însemnat cabinet veterinar, tratamente și cușcă. Zi după zi.
Sperăm ca toate acestea să rămână cât mai curând în urmă și să vină și ziua în care o vom vedea afară, sănătoasă și fericită.
Până atunci, tratamentul și îngrijirea ei continuă, iar noi avem nevoie de ajutor pentru a putea merge mai departe alături de ea.

Our little girl rescued from Uzunu. ♥️

She is more alert, more aware of what is happening around her, and she has much less discharge now. The treatment is starting to work and, little by little, we can see improvements.
But when we look at her, we can't help thinking that since we rescued her, she hasn't had even one day to enjoy being outside, to run, smell the grass and wag her tail happily.
So far, her life has been the veterinary clinic, treatments and a cage. Day after day.
We hope all of this will soon be behind her and that the day will come when we can see her outside, healthy and happy.
Until then, her treatment and care continue, and we need your help to keep going for her.

ÎNCĂ O URGENȚĂ TOT AZI!! Încă un pui de pisică cu piciorul rupt!!!

Prietena noastră Lorena Luchian a găsit această micuță pe stradă cu piciorul rupt.
A botezat o Dolly și fugit cu ea la radiografie.
Mâine e programată la operație. Orice ajutor e binevenit. Financiar sau o căsuță. Cum puteți.

După ce se pune pe picioare, are nevoie de ceva și mai important decât operația: o casă. Un om. Un loc al ei.

Dolly este luminoasă, jucăușă și incredibil de iubitoare. Toarce imediat ce primește puțină atenție și are genul acela de energie care umple o cameră. E încă un pui, așa că se joacă, explorează, se alintă și probabil va transforma orice casă într-un mic univers al ei. 🐾

Nu știu ce i s-a întâmplat înainte să o găsesc. Știu doar că, în ciuda începutului ei greu, Dolly nu a devenit speriată sau neîncrezătoare. A rămas dulce.

Și poate că acum povestea ei se poate schimba.

Dolly nu caută doar pe cineva care să o adopte. Caută omul care să-i arate cm arată viața atunci când, în sfârșit, ești acasă. 🤍

Another emergency today, another cat but in Bucharest!!!! another kitten with a broken leg. Our friend Lorena Luchian found this little one on the street with a broken leg.
She named her Dolly and ran with her to the X-ray.
Tomorrow she is scheduled for surgery. Any help is welcome. Financial or a house. How can you.

After she gets on her feet, she needs something even more important than the surgery: a home. A person. A place of her own.

Dolly is bright, playful and incredibly loving. She purrs as soon as she gets a little attention and has the kind of energy that fills a room. She is still a kitten, so she plays, explores, cuddles and will probably turn any house into her little universe. 🐾

I don't know what happened to her before I found her. I only know that despite her difficult start, Dolly did not become scared or distrustful. She remained sweet.

And maybe now her story can change.

Dolly isn't just looking for someone to adopt her. She's looking for the person who can show her what life is like when you're finally home. 🤍

Avem nevoie de ajutor în Vama Veche! 🙏

O doamnă care se află în Vama Veche ne-a scris despre o familie de pisicuțe pe care a hrănit-o în ultimele zile.
Mama și puiuții se află în zona APROAPE BAR din Vama Veche, în apropierea unor containere și saci de gunoi.
Unul dintre pui pare să aibă un picior rupt. Se ascunde, nu vine la mâncare și doamna nu a reușit să îl prindă. Ne-a spus că îl vede cm își târăște piciorul și se teme că, în starea în care este, nu va mai reuși nici să ajungă la hrană, pentru că mama și ceilalți pui se înghesuie la mâncare.
A încercat timp de două zile să îl prindă, însă astăzi trebuie să plece din Vama Veche.
Dacă este cineva în Vama Veche care poate prinde acest puiuț și are posibilitatea să îl aducă în București, vă rugăm să ne contactați. Îl preluăm noi.
Punem și fotografii cu puiuțul și cu zona în care se află, pentru a fi mai ușor de găsit.
De asemenea, dacă există posibilitatea ca mămica să fie prinsă pentru sterilizare, ar fi extraordinar.
Vă rugăm mult să distribuiți, mai ales către persoane sau grupuri din Vama Veche și împrejurimi. Poate reușim să ajungem la cineva care îl poate prinde. 🙏

3 puiuțe aruncate în Călărași.

Sunt sute. Sute de pui abandonați, pentru care ni se cere ajutor. Dar noi am putut să le luăm doar pe ele, pentru că ne-au ajutat Nicoleta și Georgiana. ♥️
O fetiță a plecat deja. Tot datorită lor. Și-a găsit căsuța și familia ei.
Dar încă două așteaptă. Cuminți, cuminți, așteaptă și ele.
O căsuță. O familie. Să cunoască dragostea, bucuria, plimbările în parc. Să afle cm este să ai un om al tău și să trăiești fără griji, într-o familie care nu le va mai abandona niciodată.
Până când va veni și ziua lor, trebuie să le pregătim și să avem grijă de ele.

There are hundreds. Hundreds of abandoned puppies we are asked to help. But we were only able to take these three because Nicoleta and Georgiana helped us. ♥️
One little girl has already left. Thanks to them, too. She found her home and her family.
But two are still waiting. Patiently, quietly, they are waiting for their turn.
For a home. A family. To discover love, happiness, walks in the park. To know what it feels like to have someone of their own and to live a carefree life with a family that will never abandon them again.
Until their day comes, we need to prepare them and take care of them.

Așa cm am promis, ne-am ținut de cuvânt și am trimis, cu ajutorul unor cunoștințe, spre Vama Veche un mic ajutor: cuștile necesare transportului la veterinar pentru castrarea mamelor și ceva mâncare pentru pisicile Vămii.
Evenimentul nostru va rămâne deschis, în speranța că până la sezonul următor vom putea hrăni și îngriji pisicile și cățeii din Vama Veche.
Dacă ai trecut vreodată prin Vamă, fizic sau cu gândul, te rugăm să ne rămâi aproape și pentru ei.
Poți ajuta și cu hrană. Dacă ai mâncare pentru pisici sau câini pe care vrei să o trimiți către animalele din Vama Veche, o poți aduce la adăpostul nostru, iar noi vom avea grijă să ajungă acolo.
Dacă ești mai aproape de Vama Veche și vrei să ajuți direct, intră în contact cu noi și te putem pune în legătură cu oamenii și voluntarii care au grijă de animale acolo. Hrana, ajutorul pentru sterilizări sau orice sprijin concret contează.
Iar dacă nu poți ajunge nici la noi, nici în Vamă, poți contribui la cheltuielile lor. Chiar și o donație mică înseamnă hrană pentru câteva zile, un drum la veterinar sau încă o sterilizare.

As we promised, we kept our word and, with the help of some wonderful people, we sent a small package of support to Vama Veche: the transport crates needed to take the mothers to the vet for spaying, as well as some food for the cats of Vama Veche.
Our fundraising event will remain open in the hope that, until the next season, we will be able to continue feeding and caring for the cats and dogs of Vama Veche.
If you have ever been to Vama Veche, physically or even just in your thoughts, please stay close to us for them too.
You can also help with food. If you have cat or dog food you would like to donate for the animals of Vama Veche, you can bring it to our shelter, and we will make sure it reaches them.

Frumoasa noastră Shirley a plecat ieri spre casa ei.

Spre mult-așteptata familie care o așteaptă și pentru care se urca pe gard să ne spună că, pur și simplu, nu mai vrea și nu mai poate în țarc.

Mulțumim familiei și celor care ne-au sprijinit în acest proces și sperăm ca și cei doi frați ai ei să se poată bucura, la fel ca Shirley, de o casă.♥️♥️♥️♥️

Ea a plecat. Dar geamănul ei a rămas singur în țarc. Se uită în jur, se întreabă unde a plecat Shirley și așteaptă... Poate că într-o zi va veni și cineva pentru el.

E greu să vezi unul plecând acasă și pe celălalt rămânând în urmă. Sperăm doar ca așteptarea lui să nu fie prea lungă.

Vă rugăm, dați SHARE. Poate că undeva, printre oamenii la care va ajunge această postare, se află chiar familia lui. Uneori, un simplu share poate face diferența dintre încă multe zile petrecute într-un țarc și ziua în care va pleca și el acasă.

Our beautiful Shirley left for her new home yesterday.

She left for the long-awaited family who has been waiting for her — the family she seemed to be begging for every time she climbed the fence, as if telling us that she simply didn’t want to spend another day in the kennel.

We are so grateful to her family and to everyone who supported us throughout this journey. We hope that Shirley’s two siblings will soon have the same chance to know what it means to have a home of their own.♥️♥️♥️♥️

She left. But her twin stayed behind, alone in the kennel. He looks around, wondering where Shirley has gone, and he waits... Maybe one day, someone will come for him too.

It is hard to watch one of them leave for a home while the other is left behind. We can only hope that his wait won’t be too long.

Cățelușa a fost în stare foarte gravă. Cu greu a fost stabilizată de medicii veterinari.

A avut și o infecție cu Babesia. Și o coagulare defectuoasă. Și o suspiciune de tumoră în nas... și o microftalmie infectată...
Cam mult pentru un biet cățel.
Acum e un pic mai bine. Rămâne internată și sub tratament până când analizele vor permite anestezia...
Vă rugăm să nu uitați de ea și de noi.
Costurile internării, tratamentelor și investigațiilor continuă, iar orice ajutor contează. 🙏

The little girl was in a very serious condition. The veterinarians had a hard time stabilizing her.
She also had a Babesia infection. And a blood clotting disorder. And a suspected tumor in her nose... and an infected microphthalmic eye...
A lot for one poor little dog. 💔
She is a little better now. She will remain hospitalized and under treatment until her test results allow her to undergo anesthesia...

Vama Veche. Un loc din altă lume. Un loc în care, dacă ajungi și simți aerul de libertate și frumusețea nonconformismului, nu ai altă cale decât să te întorci.
Dar ce se întâmplă cu animalele de acolo? În timpul sezonului, oameni buni au grijă de ele. Dar când sezonul se termină și oamenii pleacă?
Ce se întâmplă cu animalele rămase la malul mării?
Astăzi vă prezentăm doar o parte dintre ele: 5 pui de pisică care au nevoie urgent de căsuțe. Iar în locul în care se află sunt îngrijite multe alte pisici și căței care au nevoie, la rândul lor, de ajutor.
Dacă cineva dorește și poate să ajute, așteptăm un semn de la voi. Săptămâna aceasta trimitem două cuști și hrana pe care o avem, dar ne dorim să putem face mai mult. 🙏
