Snickerdoodle Cheesecake
Ingredients
10 ozs shortbread cookies (finely crushed or ground in food processor, I used gluten-free sugar cookies)
1 tbsp white sugar (granulated)
1/4 cup butter (melted)
16 ozs cream cheese (I used low-fat, at room temperature)
3 large eggs
8 ozs sour cream
1 cup white sugar (granulated)
2 tbsps Gold Medal All-Purpose Flour (or gluten-free flour blend)
2 tsps vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp white sugar
