Sunt seri în care lumina face totul mai frumos. Iar când se așază peste o farfurie pregătită cu grijă, atmosfera devine parte din experiență.

La Beca's Kitchen, credem că mâncarea bună începe cu ingrediente proaspete și se termină cu oameni care pleacă zâmbind.

În fotografiile de astăzi găsești două dintre preparatele noastre preferate: 🍤 Creveți cu legume și sos de unt și vin – un preparat echilibrat, aromat și plin de prospețime. 🍝 Paste cu somon și salvie – somon fraged, salvie parfumată și un sos delicat care lasă ingredientele să vorbească.

Dacă ești în căutarea unui restaurant în București unde găsești preparate homemade, ingrediente de sezon, vinuri atent alese și o atmosferă caldă, te așteptăm la Beca's Kitchen.

Poate că nu putem opri timpul, dar putem face ca o cină să merite ținută minte.

Nu sunt genul care să spună că avem "cea mai bună" mâncare.

Dar pot să spun că fiecare farfurie care pleacă din bucătăria noastră este una pe care aș pune-o fără ezitare și în fața familiei mele.

Așa gătim la Beca's Kitchen. Fără scurtături. Fără compromisuri. Cu ingrediente bune, multă atenție și dorința ca oamenii să plece mai bucuroși decât au venit.

Astăzi am ales să vă arăt două preparate care spun multe despre noi: pastele artizanale cu creveți și tarta cu mousse de ciocolată și fructe de sezon (zmeură în perioada asta).

Dacă ajungi pe la noi, sper să simți același lucru pe care încercăm să-l punem în fiecare farfurie: grijă, echilibru și plăcerea de a găti pentru oameni.
