Starting today, we’re officially teaming up with .ro — and honestly, this is one of the coolest collaborations we’ve had so far.

You can now find a full lineup of bomber gear at the roastery:
kettles, milk pitchers, sifters, tampers, auto tampers, distributors, WDT tools, extraction mirrors (yes, those too 👀), hand grinders, moka pots, impact tampers and a lot more.

The best part? You can actually come by, touch everything, test it, feel the build, see how it works and find the setup that fits your coffee ritual best.

If you’re into espresso, home brewing, workflow details or just beautiful coffee tools — you’ll probably have a good time here.

New setup at Manole just dropped. 🤟

Manole Coffee Roastery has officially leveled up its gear game.

We’ve brought in a brand new La Marzocco Linea PB 2025, paired with a Mahlkönig E65 GBW (Grind-by-Weight sync) that talks directly to the machine like they’ve known each other forever.

Right next to it: a Puqpress M5, because consistency doesn’t negotiate.

For the retail grind, we’ve added a Mahlkönig EK43 — dialed in for absolutely insane clarity and precision, so your coffee bags for home hit the same level every single time, in both locations.

And for the filter experience… we went all in: Fellow Aiden is now in the house, pulling some of the cleanest, most expressive filter brews Brașov has to offer.

This is Manole, upgraded.

Even if it’s raining today, we’re still here for you.

This is more than just a coffee for us — it’s a statement. A reflection of our craft, our risks, and our vision. And we want you to taste exactly what we stand for.

It’s a limited drop. Once it’s gone, it’s gone — the first and last time we’re doing something like this.

Guess what, friends… summer is basically knocking on the door and we’re ready for it. That means ice, cold drinks, and ridiculously good flavors. Starting this week, three super cool drinks are sliding into our menu very soon. And honestly… we’re a little obsessed with them.

1️⃣ Raspberry Iced Matcha 🍓🍵
One of our absolute summer favorites.
Super balanced, super fresh, super cool.

We make it with ceremonial matcha from Matcha Bar, a tonic that’s a little sweet, a little bitter, and very tasty, some insanely good ice that melts slow, and a splash of nice cold milk.
It’s basically summer in a cup.

2️⃣ Orange Tonic Espresso / Orange Tonic Cold Brew 🍊⚡
Yes… you get to choose your adventure.

We start with great ice, add freshly squeezed orange juice, and then you pick:
• a double espresso shot from our coffee of the day
or
• our smooth cold brew

Just come to the bar and tell us what mood you’re in.

3️⃣ Cold Brew Tonic 🧊✨
A classic. A cool one. A dangerously drinkable one.

Beautiful ice, that same amazing tonic, and our Cold Brew made from our Ethiopian coffee, which honestly tastes absolutely incredible.

Friends, we’re excited for you to try them.
