The mix between the milk chocolate, ruby chocolate, the pistachio and dried raspberries and finally, the Valrhona Inspiration Framboise Chocolate button in the center, that one really sealed the deal.

When life give you lemons, you make these delicious gooey soft butter cookies with lemon curd filling. It’s like summer in your mouth! The two combos blend perfectly giving you both the tanginess from the lemon curd and the soft gooey texture from the cream cheese butter cookies. Paying homage to one of our favourite movies of all time, we shall name this handsome one, Mr. Snicket!
