Beef and Scrambled Egg Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 150g beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
2. Scramble the Eggs: Heat a little cooking oil in a pan. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until just set but still soft. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Sauté Garlic and Beef: Add a bit more oil to the pan. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned.
4. Add Tomatoes: Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they soften and release their juices, forming a sauce.
5. Combine Everything: Return the scrambled eggs to the pan. Add sugar, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix everything well, allowing the flavors to combine.
6. Serve: Serve hot, preferably over rice.
