The villa is located 2 km from the medieval town of Silves. Set on a rural hillside overlooking the And the sea is just a 20-minute drive away.

Set on a rural hillside overlooking the river Arade and surrounded by 5 acres of land, it commands some of the most stunning views in the Algarve. Villa Rocha Branca, set in its own orange grove surrounded by a variety of fruit trees and grapevines, is far from any neighbors yet a short drive to all amenities. There are now three living spaces which are bright, spacious and comfortable with an ope

n plan kitchen, breakfast table and lounge area with TV. Villa can easily accommodate 12 guests and more if needed. In the first apartment in the original house, are two double bedrooms: the beautifully decorated master bedroom with luxurious bed and headboard, and an equally large second bedroom with two comfortable singles that can be joint together to create a super king-size bed , depending on your requirements. The bathroom it's a wet room, has modern fittings and a bidet. The second and third apartment, have mezzanine bedrooms. One has two singles and the other a double bed. Both have super comfy sofa beds downstairs, which can be perfect when kids staying upstairs. Apartment with single beds have a bathroom with a bathtub with shower and the other has a small bathroom with a shower. Both apartments have huge doors that open up to the new decking. Equipped with blinds can be very private and block the sun. Nearly everything in the two new apartments is new. Mattresses, sofas, pillows, bedding, small fridges, the whole building with equipment is new. The only furniture that are refurbished are the beds. We inherited them with the villa and always wanted to use them to keep a little of the Portuguese character...

For those that enjoy cooking the kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob and stylish finish (the well-stocked supermarket is just a 5 minute drive away). If you’d prefer to eat out we mention a few local restaurants in our info book at the villa, as well as recommendations for what to do in Algarve with kids. Outside on the new eco-recycled decking we have beautiful cushioned rattan garden furniture that will sit 12 people easily. We got a new dining table for eating al fresco in front of the old house. There are also two huge garden parasols to protect you from the sun. In the shed behind the villa, we have some beach equipment , toys for kids and two bikes.

It's so pretty this time of year. And with all the Clementines / Oranges & Avocados one could eat.😊 I'm gonna turn orange with all the Clementine juice I'm drinking 😀 Come to visit us soon before it goes.

We are getting ready to reopen our renting villa!!!! At the moment we got the new apartments for cheap rent in March and April.

Is anyone there in need of some quality rest in the country side, not far away from the sea????
