Na Mosel, onde as vinhas desafiam a gravidade e os de ardósia guardam o calor, o Riesling é leve como um sussurro: habitualmente com um baixo grau alcoólico e acidez vibrante, tem notas de citrinos e flores e, dependendo do estilo, açúcar residual.
Já na Alsácia, o cenário muda: o clima seco, protegido pelas montanhas Vosges, confere estrutura, profundidade e textura ao Riesling, tornando-o mais seco, mais denso e mais gastronómico.

In the Mosel, where vineyards seem to defy gravity and slate soils retain the warmth of the sun, Riesling is as light as a whisper: typically low in alcohol and marked by vibrant acidity, it reveals notes of citrus and flowers, often accompanied by a touch of residual sugar, depending on the style.
In Alsace, the landscape changes. Sheltered by the Vosges Mountains, the region’s dry climate lends Riesling greater structure, depth and texture, resulting in wines that are drier, fuller-bodied and particularly food-friendly.
