In this ever-evolving epicurean adventure, we dance to the rhythm of the seasons, draw inspiration from life’s experiences and travels, and, above all, craft dishes that resonate with emotions. Touta is a childhood nickname for our renowned Cheffe, and Ballouta, the Lebanese word for Bellotta, is the acorn. The name and the logo represent an intimate cuisine where she shares her memories and childhood through dishes that resonate with the richness of Portugal.
