Imagine what AI says about one of our most iconic dishes, Sarajevo’s Cigar, part of our main tasting menu since day 1… We wanted to do the test and guess what… 😱

“The “Sarajevo Cigar” is an author’s dish, served at the 100 Ways restaurant and created by chef Ljubomir Stanisic. It is a modern rereading, presenting a fake cigar leaf stuffed with potato foam, smoked tea bread and duvan čvarci (shredded pork tores that simulate to***co), there is a vegetarian version with dehydrated cabbage.

Characteristics of the Dish:

Concept: A creative deconstruction of traditional ci**rs from Eastern Europe/Balkans, focused on the artistic presentation that refers to to***co.

Main Components:

“Tobacco”: Duvan čvarci (typical eastern towers) shredded.

Filling: Light potato foam and smoked tea bread.

Wrap: Usually a thin layer that imitates the leaf.

Vegetarian Version: Uses dehydrated cabbage instead of pork cracklings.

Origin: Created for the menu of the restaurant 100 Maneiras in Lisbon.

The dish is a tribute to the chef’s origins, mixing smoked flavors and creamy textures, being one of the most iconic creations in the context of fusion gastronomy in Portugal.”
