Procuramos ter vinhos e castas portuguesas que valorizem a qualidade do nosso panorama vínico, bem como reunir uma selecção de vinhos que expressem a diversidade existente em Portugal. Se nos brancos divulgamos castas que num passado recente estiveram quase em vias de extinção, nos tintos apresentamos vinhos monocastas, de castas que por norma são utilizadas para loteamento, fazendo do nosso "Alfa

ma Cellar" o seu palco. A mesma filosofia aplicamos nos queijos, enchidos e presuntos; todo o sabor e ruralidade destes produtos são autenticados com a Designação de Origem Protegida (D.O.P.), assegurando desta forma todas as características de tipicidade do local de proveniência. No "Alfama Cellar" o cliente pode não somente comprar os produtos em exposição, como degustar os mesmos - compotas e chutneys permitem criar ligações entre os produtos selecionados e o estilo de vinho pretendido. Na oferta a copo trabalhamos os vinhos pelo seu estilo e a casta pela sua individualidade - do espumante ao tinto, todos os estilos estão disponíveis.

Located in the typical Alfama district, our "Alfama Cellar" was inaugurated on September 20, 2014. We look for wines and Portuguese castes that enhance the quality of our wine panorama, as well as gather a selection of wines that expresses the diversity in Portugal. If in the case of the white castes we disclose some that in the recent past were almost endangered, in the reds we present the monocaste wines, castes that are normally used for blending, making our "Alfama Cellar" their stage. We apply the same philosophy to cheese, sausages and hams; all the flavor and rurality of these products are certified with the Designation of Protected Origin (PDO), thus ensuring all the characteristics and typicality of the place of origin. In "Alfama Cellar" customers can not only buy the products on display, but also taste them - jams and chutneys allow you to create associations between the selected products and the style of wine desired. On wines by the glass we work the wines by their style and caste for their individuality - from sparkling to red, all styles are available.
