Meet Fernando, our Sommelier at 2Monkeys. 🍷

He began his journey in hospitality as a waiter, at a time when wine was not yet part of his path. It was in a Michelin-starred restaurant that he discovered that every bottle holds stories, regions, and people.

Curiosity led him to taste more, ask more, and seek to understand more — until interest turned into passion.

Today, he sees wine as something that goes far beyond technique: it is emotion, memory, and sharing at the table.

It is the team’s energy and the restaurant’s atmosphere that motivate her most — a place where every day is built on shared moments and good cheer.

Outside the dining room, she expresses her creativity through drawing, enjoys watching Chinese dramas and never misses an opportunity to capture the hotel’s sunsets. Between stories, friendships and little details, she carries memories that are also reflected on her skin, with tattoos done by Daniela, hostess at 2Monkeys.
