🇵🇹 A maior onda da Nazaré este verão foi atrás do nosso balcão. 🌊

E esta foi a equipa que a surfou. 💪 Meses de casa cheia, chapa sempre a trabalhar e pedidos a chegar uns atrás dos outros, e eles aguentaram cada um com garra e sem perder o sorriso.

Por isso, cumprimos a tradição: parámos um dia para nos sentarmos à mesa, celebrar as conquistas do verão e brindar a quem as tornou possíveis. 🍔

🇬🇧 🇬🇧 The biggest wave in Nazaré this summer was behind our counter. 🌊

And this is the team that rode it. 💪 Months of full houses, a grill that never stopped and orders coming in one after another, and they handled every single one with grit and a smile.

So we kept the tradition: we stopped for one day to sit at the table, celebrate the summer's achievements and toast to the people who made them happen. 🍔

🇵🇹 Diz que engorda. Nós dizemos que envolve. 🍞🤗

É o primeiro a chegar e o último a sair do prato. O alfa e o ómega de cada hambúrguer.

Chega fresco todos os dias e vai à chapa só o suficiente para ficar estaladiço. Esse "crunchy" ouve-se na primeira dentada. Sozinho é simples, humilde até. Mas junta-lhe a carne suculenta, o queijo a derreter e o molho a escorrer, e ele recebe tudo sem se queixar. Um verdadeiro anfitrião. 😌

Sabemos que alguns o deixam de lado (respeitamos… mas não percebemos 😅). Para outros, um hambúrguer sem pão é como o Oeste sem ondas: até dá, mas não é a mesma coisa. 🌊

Em Ferrel e na Nazaré, o pão é coisa séria. Porque um grande hambúrguer começa e acaba aqui.

It comes in fresh every day and hits the grill just long enough to turn crispy. You can hear that crunch in the very first bite. On its own, it’s simple, humble even. But add the juicy beef, the melting cheese and the dripping sauce, and it takes it all in without a single complaint. A true host. 😌

🇵🇹 Ontem invertemos os papéis: fomos nós ao restaurante. 🍔✨

Todos os anos, quando o verão abranda, cumprimos a tradição de dar folga à farda e aproveitamos para nos sentarmos, descomprimir e brindar ao trabalho da época mais louca do ano.

Ontem reunimos a equipa de Ferrel numa mesa cheia de mulheres — as mesmas que, dia após dia, entregam um serviço com energia e dedicação. Uma noite que fez questão de juntar todas as que fizeram parte desta caminhada.

Obrigada pela vossa garra e por fazerem do Master's Burger muito mais do que uma hamburgaria. 💚
