STATE OF EMERGENCY - NEW DECREE 7/2021 PUBLISHED

The Decree law 7/2021 was published this morning effective 00.00 hrs 19th April (midnight 18th/19th) to 2359 hrs 30 April 2021.

This provides more details of the information we summarised in our post referring to the three separate groups of municipalities. Those regressing (13th March) , those staying as they are (5th April) and the vast majority moving forward to the third phase on 19th April.

To help those who require more detailed information we have made and informal translation of Decree 7/2021 into English with highlights on matters often referred to. At the same time we highlight the following articles of more common interest. The summary gives a quick overview.

Article 1 – Summary
For the municipalities of Moura, Odemira, Portimão and Rio Maior, Decree no. 4/2021, of 13 March, is reinstated, in the text given by Decree no. 5/2021, of 28 March.

For the municipalities of Alandroal, Albufeira, Carregal do Sal, Figueira da Foz, Marinha Grande and Penela, Decree No. 6/2021, of 3 April, is extended.
