It's time to introduce our ✨'Festive special'✨

Christmas is around the corner and we always like to add some flavour to our menu during the festive season. This year we thought pork was a must!

- Pork cheeks -
24 hours sous-vide black pork cheeks
Bone marrow jus
Seared polenta baton
Red cabbage emulsion
Crunchy guanciale
Pistachio pesto drops

It's obviously a dish packed with flavours and character, in general you would pair it with a nice dry/oaked red wine but we suggest something slightly different:
Due to the strong connection with the terroir and its origin in the same geographical region, this dish pairs well with 'Trinca Bolotas' Branco.
A fruity, floral and fresh white wine from in the Alentejo region, named after the only surviving grazing pig in Europe.

Magnolia's cuisine has a strong Italian influence but you know we love to evaluate local products and support the local economy.

Crunchy pastry filled with a Requeijão cheese paste resembling a creamy and light ricotta which is then dipped in pistachio cream and topped with pistachio crumble.
