Why sharing plates as the concept?
Matthew and I have been sharing food whenever we eat out since we got together 11 years ago. It started with chips from the chip shop (our first date in Swansea, Wales) and more recently Parmesan rocks in Barcelona.

For this new menu we wanted a variety of dishes, that could be tasted and enjoyed by many. Order a few and taste them all. Andrea developed the menu, so you already know each dish is full of flavour and vibrancy.
