the greenhouse is up and running . growing a variety of peppers for our sauces and giving hops a try ,hoping it will grow well it will save so much $ on importing costs . if it takes off i can sell them to the local breweries as well so it'll be a win all around 🤞🤞

we will be reopening soon ! we will also be serving alcohol . while we've been away i've been studying fermenting distillery µ brewing!!! we will soon be offering our very own master craft micro brew and moonshine !! we're super excited and can't wait to provide our lil island with our new creations as well as our classic signature sauces & condiments . really miss all my customers really really miss my food . it's so hard finding authentic mexican here . miss those late nights drinking and eating at my own truck lol aww nothing like a carnita burrito w the works ! or the loaded asada fries it was the go to hangover food for us all ! oh gotta mention the birria tacos w the menudo dip 🌮🌮🌮🌯🌯🌯🌯🍺🫔🍟🌮🍻hoping to reopen
